Top 10 Places To Retire in 2023

Retirement is such a sought after and treasured stage of life. Retirement is something that we work so hard to attain and to be able to enjoy the things we’ve worked so hard to build. You’ve labored tirelessly and now it’s time to retire! 10,000 Baby Boomers reach retirement age everyday. If this is the season you find yourself in, you’ve come to the right place!

Have you considered moving once you retire? You aren’t alone, a recent survey showed 40 percent of retirees move and there are three main reasons.

The first reason is to lower your cost of living. Whether that means downsizing in your current town or moving to a different state or city that is more affordable. This will make your retirement money stretch further and can set you up well for your retirement years.

The second reason retirees move is to start with a fresh and new adventure. It’s a new phase of life so starting with a clean slate can be strategic with getting a new house, new friends, and new hobbies.

About one in four Baby Boomers plan to move after retirement solely to be closer to their family and grandchildren, which brings us to reason number three. What better way to spend your retirement years than to be surrounded by your family.
